Introducing Rafiq

Most chatbots can talk but can’t act, and the ones that act do it without asking. Neither is something you’d put in front of your customers.

Rafiq builds chat flows over your own APIs, confirms every change with the user before it’s made, and ships as a native Flutter chat. It’s priced flat per conversation, so you know what each one costs before it starts.

What’s in it

• Import your API: Import your OpenAPI description and choose which operations a flow may use. Credentials stay in a vault.
• Flow builder: Build a flow, try it in the test chat, and read the transcripts of real conversations.
• Confirm before every change: Anything that changes data is shown to the user and waits for their yes.
• Guarded against injection: What an API returns can’t widen what the model is allowed to do.
• Arabic and right to left: Designed in from the start, and checked in the browser and on devices.
• Apps and keys: One key per app, so each app’s chat is its own and can be revoked on its own.
