While plans run on trial credit

Until plans are paid for by card, each period is paid by trial credit, and Rafiq comes with no availability commitment and no service credits.

With paid plans

Before paid plans open, this page will set out the availability we commit to, how it's measured, what doesn't count against it, and the credit you get if we miss it.
